The system of quality management of BILSP meets the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008.
Balkan Institute for Labour and Social Policy is a nonprofit, voluntary, independent and non-political charity. It combined the efforts of friends and followers. Our mission is to provide high-quality independent researches and analysis in the social sphere and on base of this  to give innovative and practical recommendations for progress, and directly implement policies and concrete actions in the following areas:

In implementing its mission BILSP is dedicated to three main principles at work:
