has nearly 20 years of experience in projects management and coordination, as well as almost 15 years of experience as a CSR and social audits expert for international organisations like Fair Wear Foundation and Fair Labor Association.

has over 10 years of experience in project administration under the Operative Programmes Human Resources Development and Competitiveness in Bulgaria.

Galina Boncheva

has over 20 years of experience in training, vocational guidance and coaching of youth and vulnerable groups. She has degree in educational pedagogy.

has interests in social innovations, social policy research & evaluation, and project management. She is the newest member of BILSP and welcomes challenges, team work and solo research.

has over 10 year of experience in project management under Bulgarian Operational Programmes. Her interests lie in vocational education and training, and career guidance.

has over 10 years of experience in project drafting, consortium building, project coordination and administration for several donors, mainly the EU.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
has experience in proposal drafting and coordination for national and European-level donors. Her current interest lie in technology innovations for active ageing.

is a specialist in artificial intelligence and computer science with long-dated experience with the Programme for research and innovations of the EU.
Investing in people and partnerships
The Balkan Institute of Labour and Social Policy is a non-governmental, voluntary, independent and non-political non-profit association established in September 2001.
BILSP works in priority areas such as managing European funds and other international donor programs, corporate social responsibility, lifelong learning, labour market, human resources, industrial relations, social security and social protection, health and safety at work, labour law, social policy, social entrepreneurship, and vocational training. BILSP has a wide national network of 15 associated partner organisations in 15 districts in Bulgaria that help BILSP to effectively carry out activities in the regions and provide national and regional coverage. International partners of BILSP are non-governmental organisations, research institutes, universities, business and consultancy companies from Austria, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Greece, Spain, Slovenia, Romania, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, USA, Macedonia, Albania and Serbia. BILSP has implemented and works on projects commissioned by: Bulgarian OP Contracting Authorities, the European Commission, the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions - Dublin, the International Trade Union Confederation, the International Labour Organization, the World Bank, UNDP, Fair Labor Association, USA (FLA), Fair Wear Foundation - The Netherlands, GTZ - Germany, GVG - Germany, Freedom House - USA, Conrad Adenauer Foundation.
